Leave the city before sunrise and spend the day on open 4×4 game drives in a reserve within reach of Cape Town.
An early pickup and a drive out to a game reserve, watching the landscape change as your guide explains the region's biodiversity. A ranger leads a morning game drive in an open 4×4 to track the Big Five. Lunch is at the lodge, followed by an afternoon drive in softer light. You are back at your accommodation in the early evening. A two-day safari can be arranged on request, with hotel recommendations.
