Price
From R3 500

No diving licence needed. A secure cage, a specialist crew and the most powerful predator in the ocean a few metres away.

Pickup from your accommodation and a coastal drive to the dive base, followed by a safety briefing. The boat heads out into False Bay or Gansbaai, watching for dolphins, seals and seabirds on the way. At the site the crew prepares the cage and a chum slick draws the sharks in. The guides explain great white biology, behaviour and conservation throughout, before the boat returns to shore.
